Free shipping for all orders over $60 (a flat shipping rate of $9.95 applies to all other orders). Shipping is currently within Australia only via Australia Post Parcel Post (road delivery) & tracking is provided on all orders. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery.  We currently only ship within Australia.

Please ensure all your delivery address details are correct for shipping, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect details & items that get lost in transit.


Please ensure you choose your colours carefully, as we cannot accept returns if you change your mind (unless items are faulty). If you believe your polish is faulty, please email us with a picture, proof of purchase and description (if purchased directly from our website).  If purchased from a retailer, please return to retailer with faulty product and receipt for proof of purchase.  All returns need to be advised to Nail’d at Tiffany’s or retailers within 60 days.

Allergy / Irritation Return

In the instance you’ve had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the product immediately. Please ensure you read our ingredients list before using our nail polishes, cuticle oil and remover.

Incorrect Item / Damaged on Arrival

If you have received an item that isn’t what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo (do not dispose of the item) and contact us within 7 days of delivery. Use of this website is subject to our full Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
